Long before EverHome had a name, our story began with trust.

Deana began her property management over a decade ago, managing luxury high-rises, new-construction communities and upscale residential properties. Through years of hands-on experience, she became known for her personal approach, thoughtful communication, and commitment to caring for every property as though it were her own.

After stepping away from the corporate property management world, the relationships and reputation she had built continued to follow her. Property owners began reaching out and asking her to manage their rental homes. Without advertising, one referral led to another, and a growing portfolio of satisfied clients became the foundation for EverHome Realty & Management.

As that foundation continued to grow, Drew brought another important perspective to the business. With a professional background in banking and auditing, he is analytical, highly detail-oriented, and naturally focused on numbers, financial performance and sound decision making.

As property owners and real estate investors ourselves, we understand that every property represents more than an address. It is a valuable asset, an important financial decision, and often part of a family’s long-term future.

Together, we bring two complementary strengths to every client relationship. Our property management experience, hospitality, communication, and understanding of people are paired with a strong background in financial analysis and attention to detail.
